Our Certified Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer, Coach Rae, will plug you into her signature habit coaching program that walks you through the process of behavior change...one step at a time. Her C.H.A.N.G.E. program will help you introduce a new habit into your routine, allow you time to practice that new habit, and then add on a new habit once you've got that one under your belt. Many lifestyle change efforts fail because people try to change everything all at once, and they soon become overwhelmed.

You will receive a suggested workout routine to follow that will support muscle growth/sustenance, fat loss, body transformation as you set realistic expectations.

Emotional, mindfulnes & Spiritual Wellness coaching along with educational resources
Overcome emotional eating and learn strategies to be more in tune with your appetite, aware as you are eating and understanding the difference between hunger pangs/cravings.
