Ready to start a Healthy Lifestyle journey, and need guidance on how you should eat for that journey? This plan provides you with a Customized Nutrition Guide You can choose a specific eating plan (i.e. Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, 21 Day Detox, etc.) or just a general healthy eating plan. The guide is non-restrictive, and will be based upon your calorie limits to meet your goal (Lose Weight, Maintain Current Weight, Gain Weight), and tailored to your suggested macro percentages. Who is this Customized Plan Ideal for?
This plan is ideal for the person that needs a structured eating plan customized to their body and goals and already has a fitness plan. Or, someone in an weight loss accountability group that does not provide a meal plan. Or someone starting a new diet plan (i.e. Keto), but not sure how to go about it. This plan is also available for small groups. If you've started a small weight loss group, and you need a meal plan customized to everyone, I can create a plan for each member of your group for a specified time period (i.e. 4, 6, 12 weeks, etc.), or if you need a 21 Day Detox program for your group, I can provide that for you all as well.
