For years now, I have been so saddened to hear about the number of people suffering from chronic illnesses and diseases and witnessing the poor quality of life that many have as a result.  Over the years, many panic-stricken people have come into my weight loss programs and fitness classes after receiving a diagnosis in a desperate attempt to do the dauntingly overwhelming task of a complete overhaul of their lifestyle.  As a former pastor, losing congregants as well as family members to a disease was painfully heartbreaking!!!  The aspect of it all that makes it most devastating is that in the majority of cases, it could have been prevented by implementing simple lifestyle changes in their lives.

As a result, I am on a quest to help do my part to put an end to this Unhealthy Lifestyle Epidemic!  I have created a program that seeks to help you replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones that will help you get from where you are to where you want to be in your health.  This program will walk you through the process of creating healthier habits by focusing on one at a time, equipping you with information, resources, tools, support and accountability to improve your odds for success.
