Work 1-on-1 with Coach Rae over a 3 month  period to work on changing behaviors that are unprofitable into those that will help you reach your goals. (No fitness or nutrition programs are included.)


Ideal for those that know what changes they need to make and have committed to making those changes, but need to be held accountable during the process of change.

Ideal for those already on a fitness regimen or working with a trainer that need nutrition guidance and accountability.

In-Person Coaching


Personal Trainer Stretching Session

4, 8, or 12 Weeks of Personal Training

Customized Fitness Plan to help you reach your goals. 


  • Personalized Fitness Plan,

  • 1-on-1 Training Sessions 2 times per week. 

  • Customized Meal Plan (optional, but included in package). 

  • Accountability through Fitness Finesse w/Rae Training App. 


Available in 4-, 8-, or 12-week Sessions. (Discounts applied to multiple sessions).

Ideal for the person in need of fitness training without a full coaching experience.


Personal Trainer

12 Weeks of Personal Training

Personalized Fitness & Nutrition program to address eating, behavior and other factors that contribute to developing a healthy lifestyle.

  • Fitness Plans outside of our Personal Training Sessions,

4,8 and 12 week programs available.  Ideal for the person in looking for the full coaching experience!


Llifting Weights

Digital Accountability Coaching

Would you and a group of 2-5 friends like to get fit together?  Well you can train with Coach Rae in a small group setting.

6 and 12 session packages available.  For each additional person, there is a 10% discount per person, per session.
